Full Body Workout for Men at Home (Busy People)
If you’re a busy person who doesn’t have a lot of time to go to the gym, don’t worry – you can still get a great full-body workout at home. All you need is a little bit of space and a few basic exercises.
Here is a simple but effective full-body workout for men that you can do at home in just 30 minutes:
Warm-up
- 5 minutes of light cardio, such as jogging in place or jumping jacks
- 10 dynamic stretches, such as arm circles, leg swings, and torso twists

Workout
Squats
- 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

Push-ups
- 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions

Pull-ups
- 3 sets as many repetitions as possible
- If you don’t have a pull-up bar, you can use resistance bands or do assisted pull-ups

Lunges
- 3 sets of 10-12 repetitions per leg

Plank
- 3 sets of 30-60 seconds

Cool-down
- 5 minutes of light cardio
- 10 static stretches, such as holding a hamstring stretch or calf stretch for 30 seconds
